The Washington State Tactical Officers’ Association is pleased to announce member training class for Law Enforcement in District 5

PRESENTERS:

• Jeremy Taylor, Tri City Reginal SWAT, Vice President WSTOA

TOPICS INCLUDE:

This course will consist of 8 hours of training that focuses on the fundamentals of SWAT/patrol rifle and handgun marksmanship and how those transfer into tactical shooting for the officer.

• Fundamentals of stance and grip
• Discussion of weapon platform, accessories, and gear placement
• Reloads and transition drills
• Positional shooting and support side shooting
• Shooting on the move in a 360 degree
• Dynamic pistol and rifle drills

• Free for WSTOA members, $25 for non-members (includes annual membership to WSTOA)

STUDENT EQUIPMENT:

• Full kit or patrol gear, handgun and rifle with 3 magazines each. 250 rounds for both pistol and rifle ammo
• There is no potable water, so bring water and snacks
