Please join the Washington and Oregon State Tactical Officers Associations in Vancouver, WA for the second annual Pacific Northwest Tactical Conference and Vendor Show. Last year's premier of the conference was a huge success with over 400 attendees at the vendor show day. We hope to build on this with an even larger showing for 2012. We have listened to feedback from last year and value the limited time of our vendors. This year we have increased our vendor floor space and have scheduled our debriefs to maximize the face time between vendors and attendees. We have also added a conference guide that will be handed out to all participants at registration. This guide will include a vendor list, map, and advertising opportunities. Training tracks available to students on the vendor show day will include debriefs of high profile incidents in Los Angeles and Maryland. If you participated last year, we look forward to seeing you again. If you were not able to attend last year, we encourage you to join in the event and see for yourself how the Pacific Northwest Tactical Conference can maximize your advertising time and budget. Conveniently located in Vancouver, WA--just a short drive outside of Portland, OR--travel to the conference is easy. Register early as space is limited!

Sponsoring Vendor: $1000

Gold Vendor: $500

  • 8 foot booth located prominently in vendor room
  • Logo and company name printed on vendor information in conference guide and on the conference website
  • Badging for 2 representatives

Silver Vendor: $250

  • 6 foot table and two chairs in vendor Room
  • Company name printed on vendor information in conference guide and on the conference website
  • Badging for 2 representatives

Sponsor a Student: $250

  • Sponsor a student’s tuition for him or her to attend the conference
  • Provide an opportunity for a budget-hindered officer to attend current training
  • Photo with sponsored student in special section of association’s website and newsletter
  • Applicants will be selected by the association board from their respective states.

Conference Guide Advertising: $50, $100, $200

  • Conference guide will be handed out to each attendee at registration on the day of the vendor show. It will include a map and listing of vendor booths, as well as all of the class information. Conference guide will be 8.5x5.5 inches. All material needs to be provided to the vendor coordinator no later than April 16, 2012.
