Course Description:
This course is designed for law enforcement tactical teams. The focus will be on deployment methods and tactical capabilities of various armored personnel carriers. The Lenco B.E.A.R. and BearCat, as well as Peacekeeper and V150 will be utilized during this training.
The course will touch on APC uses during tactical operations such as high risk warrant service, armed/ barricaded suspects/subjects, officer/citizen rescue, and hostage rescue operations. Some of the topics will be delivery of personnel, the use of the various weapons shooting platforms, breaching capabilities, as well as use as hard and mobile cover.

Instructor:
This course will be taught by members of the Seattle PD SWAT Team Training Cadre.

Student Equipment:
• All individual tactical gear
• Simunition weapons, 100 marking cartridges and Simunition safety gear
