Course Description:
This course is designed to expose SWAT & tactical teams to the dynamics of hostage rescue operations. Course focuses on, hostage rescue concepts, the deployment and management of personnel, deliberate and crisis entry tactics and team movement.
Instructors:
Instructors for this course are provided by FTF Tactics. The staff at FTF consists of three lead instructors (George Creamer, Rick O. Rector, & Mark Schlegel), all of whom are current SWAT members from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Departments Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB). All three have extensive tactical backgrounds.
Student Equipment:
• Tactical Uniform / BDU
• All individual tactical gear to include vest, helmet, gloves, eye and ear protection
• Dedicated Sims weapon, 100 marking cartridges & full protective safety gear
